Sharpening Base and Holder | OD55 Series

The sliding vise clamps stones 7.5" to 8.75" long. Take the vise off and the base holds stones up to 4" x 12". Smaller 1" x 6" stones sit on the silicone pad, which grips them without the clamp. Check your stone's length before you buy.

Anti-skid feet keep the base in place on a bench or counter. For a permanent setup, bolt it down through the four mounting holes. The silicone pad wipes clean with soap and water.

The 15°, 17° and 20° guides attach with magnets and pull off when you want to go freehand. Use them to find your angle again after time away. On other stones, they may not line up exactly, depending on the stone's height and shape.
