    V block issue

    Great product even better customer service !

    Had a very small issue with the V block clamp for the professional precision adjust sharpener. Probably something I could’ve lived with; however, after speaking with a representative and telling her about the issue , the company sent me a new block as a replacement. Couldn’t have gone any better as far as customer service goes. Thank you.
