    Handle Seized Up

    I admit to using my sharpening system a bit aggressively at times when I want to get that mirror edge but my sharpening handle actually seized up on me and can no longer be used.

    Fortunately, the great customer service team at Work Sharp replaced the handle at no charge.

    P.s. If I had to take an educated guess as to the cause of it seizing, the handle is equipped with nylon bushings which overheated and melted. I can offer 2 solutions: First would be to utilize lubricated brass bushings and second would be to bring back the original style handle that had 6 screws so the handle assembly could be taken apart.

    All-in-all, great customer service and a great product, minus the handle issue.
