    The precision adjust is great the professional precision adjust gets er done faster. Mirrow finishes on that good looking edge . Purchased a second one to learn my two sons the EASY way to sharpen a knife .

    Kitchen? Why not?

    The new scales are awesome! I've found that most bear down too hard when sharpening. These things are very good & will do the same if you lean on them hard or softly. And last a lot longer if used more gently!!

    My issue is, why the F#ck am I buying them onesy-twosey? How about a kit with all three for each 3 sided holder? Or, as intelligently, a kit with all 6? (Maybe 5 diamonds, the ceramic really doesn't get dull).

    Can't understand, unless it exists & they keep it a secret.
