    You don’t know what you don’t have until you know.

    I thought I knew how to sharpen knives. I did not. This sharpener and all of its attachments has been a game changer. Now I have SHARP knives.

    Coarse stone worked great.

    Bought basic sharpener. Ordered coarser rod to speed up shaping dull kitchen knives to a 15° edge. It was taking forever with the rod that came with the basic kit. The 220# stone did the job quickly, followed by the 320# then the 400# stones (actually a diamond surfaced material). Then used the rod that came with the original kit that I purchased to get the edge really sharp. Now, it's a breeze to keep the kitchen knives so sharp that I want to sharpen all my pocket and hunting knives.

    In hindsight, I wish I had bought the next higher kit.

    I'll give an Ultra kit to each of my grown kids for Christmas this December.

    Coarse Tri-Brasive

    I ordered this and they sent me 4 sharpening guides. I emailed them and told them. They said they would make it right. Three weeks later and still no replacement. I was using this sharpener for my business, Was! Very disappointing.
