    Very simple, straightforward, and quick to use. I don't want to learn how to use a whetstone so this product really is a lifesaver for me when it comes to keeping my knives sharp. After using the sharpener, the edges of my knives were left fingernail biting sharp and smoothy cuts through paper. There's nothing more you could really ask from it. I was able to get all five of my knives sharpened to the previously mentioned sharpness in under and hour.
