Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk.2™ Sharpening Cassette

I dropped my original Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener on a concrete floor and broke the cassette. I thought I might have to get a new sharpener but decided to reach out to customer service. They were very helpful and recommended a replacement cassette. This one which fit perfectly. It is only the cassette not the guide, but the original guide can be removed and placed on the new cassette. My sharpener is as good as new. I love this product and highly recommend. I was sent of replacement cassette because I thought it came in a pair with the dial adjustment that I needed, after realizing my mistake I reached back out to customer service and ordered me the correct part and they still sent me a new cassette. My original cassette I've used for over a year over 500 blades & lawn tools still works perfectly fine, so now I have one for rusty tools & one for clean polished work. Thanks worksharp! Also it's super easy to take apart & clean, thanks for that too!

Had problems with the first cartridge that came with it. Customer support was great and sent a replacement immediately so that was good.

Once I got it set up and working, I had several lives that needed to be sharpened. All of them are kitchen knives. I went through the instructions and watched videos, and did exactly as instructed. It out a decent edge on them, but nothing over the top. I was hoping for a better outcome. I still plan on running them through a couple of more times to see if they get better.

Until then, it is a decent sharpener with good customer support.
