    The design of the sharpener makes it easy to sharpen all shapes of knife blades. The adjustable angles of the sharpening media makes it easier to hold the blade at the correct angle, but it still relies on a visual accuracy to hold the proper angle as opposed to a mechanical way to hold the preferred angle. The three different grit surfaces allows for honing a very sharp edge, even with a stainless steel blade.

    I own most of all the different sharpening systems work sharp makes. I keep my small portable sharpners in my edc and knife cases my larger and motorized are in my craft area, garage and home shop. I love work sharp especially Ken onion versions! I have 2 motorized Ken onions mk1-2 and the pro sharpener and this is great for my crafting, kitchen and quick angle adjustments. If I had more money I’d buy more sharpeners.

    Very effective sharpener, easy to learn and use. I've been ruining my quality kitchen knives for years with a pull-through sharpener and after replacing them with excellent quality German steel knives I spoke with a knife expert about how to maintain them without damage. He uses this unit so I took his advise and am happy with the results! Considering the cost of good knives this product is relatively inexpensive.

    I have several of Work Sharp's tool and knife sharpeners and I use them to sharpen various tools and knives, depending on the type or style of tool or knife. I use the Ken Onion Angle Set Knife Sharpener to sharpen long, narrow knives, such as, fillet and other similar carving knives as I find that the ability to adjust the angle and the designed length of the sharpening stones enables me to achieve a very sharp edge easily and with little effort. I also use this particular sharpener also to sharpen small bladed paring knives.

    I feel that the Work Sharp company produces high quality and well-designed products that perform as advertised and they market them at a reasonable price. I have been very pleased with all of their products that I have purchased so far and will continue to remain a customer.
