Every fall, Work Sharp employees come together to host an internal food drive, collecting food and funds to support our local community through Access, a remarkable organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity. Access’s impressive buying power allows them to stretch our contributions further, turning our efforts into even greater support for local families. Their work is especially impactful because they focus on helping people who are motivated to help themselves, providing not just food but also opportunities for long-term stability. Being part of that impact is truly rewarding.
In 2023, our employees donated over $10,000, enabling Access to provide more than 40,000 meals to those in need. Seeing how our collective contributions can make such a meaningful difference is both humbling and inspiring.
Beyond donations, we also roll up our sleeves and volunteer. In winter of 2024, we worked alongside Access to pack meals for students and helped process donated soap from Pacha Soap, ensuring these essential supplies could be distributed throughout our community. These hands-on experiences remind us of the importance of showing up and supporting one another.
