    Customer Service Rules!

    I had a problem with a WorkSharp Mk2 I had and the customer service rep was amazing. He listened, had me share a picture and promptly sent me a new piece. This is a place that stands behind their product. Not to mention all my knives are now sharp as a razor! You won a customer for life!

    Work Sharp Knife Sharpener

    I guess my sharpener is an old model and this cassette did not fit my unit. My advice is to make sure that where the cassette connects to your unit is the correct hook up.

    Fault, but I do not own the MK two on the older model

    Took the wheel out of the new model and put in the old model and now mine works
