    It didn’t work. Apparently I have an older model. I had to disassemble it and used the roller to repair my machine.

    Customer Service Rules!

    I had a problem with a WorkSharp Mk2 I had and the customer service rep was amazing. He listened, had me share a picture and promptly sent me a new piece. This is a place that stands behind their product. Not to mention all my knives are now sharp as a razor! You won a customer for life!
