    An Elegant Tool

    Sharpening kitchen knives on a whetstone is more art than science, and not an art form I have time or patience to master in this season of life. The rolling knife sharpener is an elegant design and simple to use. At first I balked at the price, but was worn down by need for a better solution to my increasingly non-functional cutlery. It takes time with the 320 grit wheel to get a battle-worn western style kitchen knife to restore the edge to good form, but once the process is completed, resharpening is efficient and effective. My knives have never been this sharp! You have my recommendation.

    Doesn't work to restore an edge

    I'm disappointed in the product and will be getting rid of it.

    I sharpened 3 knives with this unit. It took a long time to restore edges with the abrasives that come with it. I would keep it if there was a course abrasive available, but you only have 320 grit to start with.

    This is a quality unit, but is only feasible if you stay on top of your edges and are not hard on them. It just has no use to me for the knives we use here on the ranch and in the kitchen.

    It's a shame there is not a course abrasive available. I would keep it in the sharpening tool arsenal if there was.

    I have fancied myself a solid free-hand sharpener (on diamond plates and stones), but this little guy brought things to a new level for me! Simple to use with quick and super sharp results.

    It would be awesome to see more, finer grits available for even better tuning!

    I came across your two stone sharpener at Sportsman Warehouse and found it to be absolutely incredible

    It's smaller than the three stone sharpener I use at my butcher shop but it's quite functional even without the oil applied

    Unfortunately they were out. I found your website and am about to order my own. A new customer for life, very happy!
