    Glad I was able to buy such a small part

    After 5 years of use the o-rings have lost their grip and I lost one. So many places don't sell the little parts like

    o-rings and you end up at the hardware store trying to find a fit. It would be nice if they included an extra pair. Still the best sharpener if ever had.

    O-Rings for the Precision Adjust sharpener

    What can I say? They’re o-rings. But what I can say is that I was impressed with the customer service. I explained that one of them had rotted and asked how much replacements were, as I don’t have any that tiny.

    Response was quick and a replacement set was shipped out for no charge.
