    Edge Guide for KO Editiion

    Customer Support (Peter I believe) was excellent. Order was placed by phone. Shipped quickly (with tracking updates) and the order was accurate.

    poor directions (like NONE included) on how to change out the guide. I started to tear into disassembling the unit, then decided it would be much easier to R & R the worn rollers. Quick and easy. After what I expect will be years of use of the unit I imagine Ill end up with a bunch of unused edge guide pivoting "hubs." Seems like kind of a waste. All in all, the KO is an EXCELLENT unit and my experience with Work Sharp has been GREAT!

    Replace this occasionally

    This is the only part on my KOE V1 that's ever worn out and it's just the rollers at that . It's very inexpensive . I don't understand why they just don't sell the rollers separate . Anyway the whole unit is just a couple of bucks .

    Edge guide replaced

    The two plastic guides on mine were worn. I was hoping to replace just them, but had to order the whole guide assembly. Works good now.

    New edge guides...

    Have not yet used them. The original developed a groove in the rubber sleeve where used, and I pulled the sleeves off and reinstalled the other direction for a new surface. When that grooves, I will start using a new one.
