    Great Product... Even better service

    Just wanted to state that the product in my opinion has been great from the start. However, when it suffered a catastrophic failure due to conditions I was using it in, the process to order and receive a replacement part was extremely simple and fast. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and I received my replacement parts in a matter of days.
