    Great design

This is an amazing knife, Work Sharp could charge twice as much, the knife would be worth it. I'm glad they priced them so that anyone can afford to buy one.

The knife is super light, ergonomics are good for a medium sized knife. The blade came scary sharp for a factory knife.

Less well fit than my compact

I purchased the drop point compact first based on availability, and converted to automatic relatively easily. This reverse tanto had a little wiggle in manual mode with the thumb release feeling like it needed to be pressed farther to release and the blade felt like there was some friction somewhere as it swung open.

I converted to automatic, really only being able to set it to the first tension successfully. Trying to set to the second tension invariably made the blade set off center when folded and I could get it to actually release the blade even though the torsion spring was locked in the slot. Eventually I just settled on the first tension, and it opens strongly enough on that, though there is still a bit of play, resulting in me tightening to a point where it doesn't release before the play ever fully disappears. All of this may simply be my newness in working with the knife. As this is > 3" blade it isn't legal for carry in my state anyway, so it will sit with my others for around the house use or fidgeting.

Nonetheless it is a sharp and strong knife and the finish is nice.

    Would not reccomend

I guess its my fault for not double checking, but I was expecting M390 and got V3 instead. Why would they charge so much for a steel that is equivalent to a budget steel like 14C28N or VG10? The coatings on the handle and the blade are garbage, and rub off real easily. The button is crunchy and you have to push it down way too far. My thumb hurts from pushing it down. I really wish I didnt order this knife. Too late to return it, since the coating rubbed off in spots.

    Super light weight

Like the light weigh and blade is definitely sharp out the box.. the button is my only gripe in auto stage 2 it’s just mushy and gritty. Does it get the job done fires a blade yes. But feels like you are riding the mechanism to fire it. Maybe needs break in time. Maybe needs to be taken apart yet again and reassembled to get things to slide just right.. dunno. For 140$ it’s not a protech I get it.. it works it’s gonna be my work beater for awhile give my amphibian weekends only work ..
