    Im 67 years old and I fish,hunt and process my own game since 1970. I have had many knife sharpeners over the years but nothing compares to the Professional Precision Adjust for qaulity and design. Like anything it takes a bit to understand but between the videos and user manual, a caveman can sharpen a knife

    I think I’ve sharpened every blade I own already

    I’m addicted already. System is very intuitive and the quick results pay immediate dividends. Wish it came with some finer plates but there are ways to make that work. The vast library of tutorial videos available help tremendously. Great product.

    Almost Perfect!

    This is by far the best sharpener I have ever used. So well thought out and user friendly. Its ability to put an absolutely scary edge of a knife is nothing short of amazing. My only issue is that there is no case with it, or even offered as an extra option. Having to repack it and tote it around in the box it came in is kind of disappointing and inconvenient. That being said, it’s still fantastic and well worth the purchase!
