    Im 67 years old and I fish,hunt and process my own game since 1970. I have had many knife sharpeners over the years but nothing compares to the Professional Precision Adjust for qaulity and design. Like anything it takes a bit to understand but between the videos and user manual, a caveman can sharpen a knife

    Love the product but the customer service was lacking. I noticed almost immediately that this product was offered at a number of other retailers for $50 less. I sent an email asking that the difference be refunded or made available for site credit. What I didn’t expect was the answer. I was told no. And that I could return the item for a refund and purchase it elsewhere. I still cannot believe how flippantly this was handled.

    I bought this one for a brother-in-law. I have had one for almost 6 months and it gets used everyday at least once. I sharpen a lot of knifes.

    Great design and all but the warranty on them is apparently a sales tactic. I had mine start to fail within 3 months. Contacted that department with the issues I had and got put off by this lady that it was how I was using their sharpener...

    All it needs is better quality bushings, bearing grade material in the stone holder guide. I bought some Trolon material and made the two small bushings from it to replace the cheap nylon bushings they have.

    I had to also hone the guide rod smooth, as the nylon started to chew it up a bit. Yes, I will make my brother-in-law a set of these new bearing grade bushings to replace his nylon.

    All in all, great knife sharpener, but I doubt the warranty worth the paper it's written on personally, least was my experience...

    This is an excellent knife sharpener! I owned the elite sharpener and when I saw this when I knew I had to have it so I bought it and I am certainly not disappointed. Do you want sharp knife? By this sharpener! You won’t be disappointed.
